Refund Policy
Plainly stated, because money is the one place a mystery isn’t welcome.
7 days, no questions asked
If a Case Pass isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund it in full. We don’t ask why, we don’t count how much of the case you read, and we don’t make you argue for it.
How to ask
One email to support@smalltownsecrets.com from the address you bought with. No form, no ticket number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your access
When the refund goes through, paid access closes automatically. Episode 1 stays free forever, and your notebook and timeline stay exactly where you left them if you come back later.
All-Access subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and your access runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for — we don’t cut you off mid-month. If you were charged for a period you never meant to renew, email us and we’ll sort it out.
After the window
Past 7 days we’re not obliged to refund a Case Pass, but we’d still rather hear from you than have you feel stung — write to support@smalltownsecrets.com. Nothing here limits the refund rights your local consumer law gives you.
